OpenList247 has been in development for a while, and this project marks the final stretch before it becomes available to real users for the first time — a public beta release rather than a soft internal test. Getting to this point means the platform is far enough along to handle real listings and real searches, even if refinement continues afterward.
Preparation for the beta involves final testing and bug fixes across core features, along with go-to-market preparation — deciding how early users and business listings will be invited in, and what messaging will introduce the platform to the market. The team is prioritising a stable, usable core experience over a long feature list for this first release, with additional capability expected to follow based on real beta feedback.
The beta launch is planned, with a target date set for later in the year. Once live, feedback from actual usage will shape the platform's priorities heading toward a full public launch.
