A major version upgrade to Jocintek's core technology platform.

Jocintek Technology's original platform was built to prove the core concept and get early clients onboarded, but it was never designed to handle the scale or feature set the business now needs. This project is a significant version upgrade addressing that gap head-on, rather than continuing to patch the original build.
The upgrade focuses on three areas: performance improvements so the platform stays responsive as usage grows, reliability improvements to reduce downtime and errors for clients depending on the system daily, and new feature capability that the original version wasn't architected to support. The engineering team has been rebuilding core parts of the system incrementally, testing each change against real client usage patterns before rolling it out further.
This project is ongoing, with major components already rebuilt and others still in progress. Clients are being migrated to the upgraded platform in stages rather than all at once, to catch any issues early without disrupting service for everyone simultaneously.
