With recording facilities in place, the Hisparadise Podcast Network's next challenge was consistency — producing and releasing episodes on a predictable schedule rather than whenever time allowed. This project established the publishing calendar and coordination process needed to make that possible.
Building the calendar involved coordinating guest bookings well in advance, setting realistic filming schedules around the team's other production commitments, and establishing a release cadence that balances quality against how quickly new episodes can realistically be produced. The team also set up a simple internal process for tracking which episodes are recorded, in editing, or ready to publish, so nothing falls through the cracks.
This work is ongoing, with the calendar being refined as the team learns its own realistic production pace. A predictable release schedule is expected to help the channel build a more consistent, returning audience over time.
