Curriculum Development
Hisparadise Institute Curriculum Development
Building the founding curriculum for Hisparadise Institute's first training programmes.
Ongoing
May 1, 2026 Lagos, Nigeria
Before Hisparadise Institute can open its doors to its first students, it needs a curriculum that actually delivers on the promise of practical, job-ready training rather than another theory-heavy course. This project is the work of building that curriculum from scratch, in consultation with people who understand both the subject matter and what employers actually look for.
The process involves identifying the specific skills areas the Institute will launch with, structuring each course around hands-on application rather than lecture-style teaching, and working with subject-matter contributors to make sure the content reflects current, real-world practice rather than outdated material. Assessment methods are also being designed around demonstrated capability — can a graduate actually do the task — rather than written exams alone.
Curriculum development is ongoing and is one of the last major milestones before Hisparadise Institute can confirm a launch timeline. Progress here directly determines when the Institute will be ready to open enrollment for its founding cohort.
