Hisparadise Clean HQ Launch

Before this project, Hisparadise Clean operated without a central base — staff picked up supplies from wherever they were stored, training happened informally on-site, and there was no single place to coordinate schedules across multiple client locations. As the business took on more contracts, that lack of structure started to show, with inconsistent equipment quality and scheduling conflicts becoming more frequent.
This project covered the search, setup and launch of Hisparadise Clean's first dedicated headquarters in Lagos. The space was fitted out to serve three purposes at once: a training room for onboarding new cleaning staff, a storage and maintenance area for equipment and supplies, and an operations desk for coordinating daily job assignments across client sites. Setting it up involved sourcing suitable premises, fitting out storage racking and a small training area, and moving all scheduling and inventory tracking into one physical location for the first time.
With the headquarters now fully operational, Hisparadise Clean has a proper base to train new hires consistently, keep equipment properly maintained between jobs, and coordinate a growing number of contracts without the scheduling confusion that came with an informal setup. This project is considered the operational foundation that made it possible for the business to pursue larger, more demanding corporate contracts afterward.
