The Johnnywriter Journal: What I Want Hisparadise to Become in 10 Years
It is one thing to describe where Hisparadise stands today. It is a different, more personal exercise to think honestly about where I hope it will be in ten years — not as a business projection, but as a genuine reflection on what I am actually working toward.
More Businesses, But Not Growth for Its Own Sake
I expect the ecosystem to include more businesses ten years from now than it does today. But I do not want that growth to happen simply because expansion looks impressive. Every new business should still come from a real problem worth solving, the same way every existing one did — not from a desire to look bigger for its own sake.
A Group People Trust More Than They Are Impressed By
Being impressive is not the goal. Being trustworthy, consistently, across every business under the name, is what I actually care about. Ten years from now, I would rather Hisparadise be known as reliable than simply large.

Right now, much of the direction across the ecosystem runs through me directly. Ten years from now, I hope that is far less true — that the standards and culture behind Hisparadise are strong enough to be carried by the people running each business, rather than depending on any single person's constant involvement.
Still Solving Real Problems, Not Just Managing What Already Exists
My hope is that ten years from now, Hisparadise is still actively identifying and solving new, real problems — not simply managing a fixed set of existing businesses. The willingness to keep noticing what is not working well, and building something to fix it, is what I would want to remain unchanged, no matter how large the group becomes.
A Place Where People Build Careers, Not Just Hold Jobs
Ten years from now, I hope the people working across Hisparadise businesses see it as a place where they genuinely built something of their own career, not simply somewhere they were employed for a period of time. That requires investing seriously in people, not just in the businesses themselves.

It is not enough, in ten years, for Hisparadise to simply still exist in more industries than it does today. I want it to be known for the actual outcomes it has produced for the people it serves — better guided decisions, cleaner spaces, visible brands, useful technology — not merely for having grown larger.
